RESEARCH AND CONFERENCES

As an institute dedicated to applied public policy research, Roosevelt House encompasses several growing research-oriented programs and initiatives.  The House's current projects and initiatives include: The Joan H. Tisch Legacy Project, which focuses on urban public health issues; the Financial Literacy Project, generously funded by the U.S. Small Business Administration with generous support from U.S. Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney, and the Center for LGBT Social Science & Public Policy at Roosevelt House.

Roosevelt House provides a space for researchers, academics, policy makers and experts in the field to meet and discuss crucial policy concerns in an effort to continue the dialogue and legacy of the Roosevelts.  To this end, the House has hosted and sponsored a number of conferences and summits, including:
