COVID-19 Update for Visitors:

CUNY policy states that to enter campus, visitors are required to show proof of either their full vaccination status or a negative PCR test administered within seven days prior to visiting campus. All submitted information will be verified before approval is given. There is no symptom check or screening on arrival. You must receive the approval prior to arriving to campus.

Before you visit the campus, you must complete the Cleared4 access form online, which will allow you to upload a photo of your vaccination card or your negative test results.

After you have submitted the Cleared4 access form and we have completed the verification process, you will receive a link to your Cleared4 CUNY Access Pass. Your result is delivered via email or text message whatever communication you indicate when you’re registering on Cleared4. Your approval can be displayed from device or printed at home. There is no smartphone app required.
As a reminder, Hunter College requires everyone to wear a mask while on campus.

Things to remember:

  1. Visitors can bookmark their unique individual web address to retrieve the most recent pass for display or printing at any time.
  2. For returning guests, if you’re providing COVID results, the results are only valid for seven days. Negative PCR test will need to be uploaded prior to returning to campus. To ensure a smooth check in, NEGATIVE results needs to be uploaded two days prior to coming to campus. The guests that are providing PCR test results will need to have their names submitted to Hunter College Event Coordinator for them to ensure that the results are reviewed and approved accordingly.
